I LOVE THIS!! Too bad the license plates don't show so that you can show them to the police. Several years ago my husband made a citizen's arrest of a lady who zoomed by our house and almost hit a child.
People who run red lights drive me crazy. I live in a small town and it happens here all the time. Maybe I should start taking pictures too.
I recently moved to LA from the San Francisco Bay Area (which has its share of redlight-runners), but I can't believe how permissive the norms here are about running red lights. You'll regularly see two or three cars scooting through after the light change.
