Today's hummer count at 8:45am: two! This weekend I went to south Redondo, meaning I drove Hawthorne from the 405 to PCH. I saw more hummers on that stretch of road than I see in a week on the westside. What is UP with that? Where do people get the money for a $90,000 vehicle? I fill my Blazer and it costs $60 and I can go 250 miles. These people fill their hummers and it costs $150 and they can go 340 miles. Presuming they're getting the touted 8mpg. Which we know they're not.
