This asshole, license tag 5ROM265, drove his black Chevy Tahoe around someone in the left lane by veering into oncoming traffic and then drifted right while turning left, forcing me out of my lane onto the shoulder, so he could turn right in front of me. When I saw him again further down Bundy he was screaming at someone on his phone.
