West Channel above Mesa 6/13

I drove by here this morning and there were two tow trucks and a cop, towing away these cars, which have been double-parked for months. There IS justice in Entitlement, however slow-moving it may be. Slow with the camera (focused on driving, not shooting) so I missed it.
